A Chubb Home Security alarm system is covered by a 12 month warranty as we only install the best quality systems and components, but at times we understand that things can go wrong.

Do you have back to base monitoring with Chubb? If so, we may be able to assist you over the telephone, free of charge to fix minor faults with your system.

Our Technical Support Team is available Monday to Friday  8.30am - 7.00pm (EDST) on 13 15 98. 

Based on statisitcs from October 08 - October 09 our Technical Support Team has been able to         fix over 71% of our callers system faults over the phone, saving them money and time.

 If we can't help you over the phone, we can organise for one of our experienced technichians to come to your home. Charges apply for in home service calls.

If you don't have back to base monitoring with Chubb, we still may be able to assist you, although a small charge may apply.
