Chubb supports the V8’s in Townsville

11 July, 2011 - Chubb Fire & Security is proud to be associated with North Queensland’s largest sporting occasion last weekend for the first time. With more than 100,000 fans attending the three-day event in Townsville, Chubb entertained customers and staff while also sponsoring one of the V8 utes.

Chubb had customers attend from mining, local government and industrial Companies throughout Queensland. Mark Brisson, President of UTC Fire & Security said he was privileged to attend the event and proud to be supporting the V8 utes.

“The Sucrogen Townsville 400 is central to our community involvement program in North Queensland this year, providing a platform to support the community and interact more closely with our customers”.

Chubb also sponsored the Workhorse Racing number 23 V8 ute, which finished 13th for the Round. Chubb would like to congratulate driver Ben Kavich and the team on an excellent race. Ben is now 16th in the V8 Ute Champion Series which is now half-way through its eight-round program with remaining events at
